A fun, age appropriate class class designed for children from 6 years & up . Fantastic for coordination, body awareness, flexibility and strength, posture, concentration, relaxation, self confidence, self esteem and establishing excellent physical and mental health. Classes include yoga games and partner activities. 
Taught by fully certified Yoga Teachers specialising in Kids Yoga .
