An ongoing Mindful Yoga general weekly class for Adults.
In Mindful Yoga the yoga practice is approached as a continual moving meditation. The yogic breathing is used as a foundation for centering the mind in the body and the present moment.
A gentle, invigorating class focusing on the foundational classical yoga postures - including correct alignment, yoga breathing techniques, mindfulness & relaxation and meditation practices. This class is suitable for all body types, with alternatives given within poses to accommodate all students.
The class has a strong Mindfulness focus, so if you've been keen to learn more about Mindfulness and experience it's benefits, as well as the benefits of regular yoga practice - now's your chance.
